It began in a high school art class, freshman year — the first time I picked up a woodburning pen and watched a blank piece of wood turn into something with detail, texture, and a story. Something just clicked.

What started as a class project became a hobby, and that hobby became Burned by Loretta. Now I hand-burn custom wood and leather pieces — signs, keepsakes, personalized art — one burn at a time. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that's the whole point.
